We’re opening the position of a Senior Software Developer to cooperate with our Client who is a leading provider of innovative safety solutions for schools and educational institutions. We are looking for an experienced Ruby Developer to work on Data Analytics API service.

Responsibilities:
Work within a cross-discipline Scrum team to achieve sprint goals and longer-term department and company goals
Work closely with Support and Product teams to deliver high-quality software that supports the achievement of the Company goals and increases customer satisfaction and retention
Do pair and individual programming to implement features and solve bugs
Help colleagues to deliver the highest levels of internal and external customer satisfaction
Contribute to code that only mostly does not require material feedback or implementation changes
Follow the existing patterns and approaches in the codebases
Improve product security, quality, maintainability, and performance
Implement features, bugfixes, enhancements, and system designs
Conduct peer code reviews and provide meaningful feedback to other Engineers
Contribute to Scrum events
As a part of the team, deliver what was committed to at the beginning of each Sprint

Requirements:
Strong experience with Ruby/Ro R
Strong experience with the RESTful API approach
Strong experience with relational databases
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven experience working in an Agile team
Excellent communication skills
English level – Upper-Intermediate or higher

Will be a plus:
Experience with Vue.js
