Sales Manager for Mobion

Our team delivers a suite of urban transport and logistics services trusted by millions of active users. We are committed to expanding our reach both in Ukraine and globally, delivering web and mobile applications with a strong backend and clean UI/UX. Additionally, we have dedicated departments for business operations, marketing, and customer support. We also offer development models for our products and Saa S solutions for external markets.
Responsibilities
  • Processing of incoming applications and requests from prospective customers.
  • Presentation of software demos to potential clients.
  • Assessment of customer needs to match them with optimal solutions from our software package.
  • Management of the sales funnel, customer interaction, satisfaction tracking processes, and report generation using Zoho CRM.
  • Execution of effective lead generation strategies that incorporate cold calls, email sequences, Linked In Sales Navigator, and lead generation platforms (Hunter.io, Clearbit).
  • Negotiations and contract agreements with new clients.
  • Identification of sales opportunities through market and competitive analysis.
  • Long-term customer relationships handling through strategies that involve content marketing and process automation.
  • Assessment of existing customer needs and regular follow-ups to offer them new solutions.
  • Development and rollout of loyalty programs to improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • At least three years of experience in B2B sales within the Saa S sector.
  • Fluency in English at C1 to C2 proficiency level.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the sales process, including need identification and objection handling.
  • In-depth knowledge of strategies to ensure excellent customer service at every step of the sales process.
  • Competence in collecting software requirements and communicating them effectively to the development team.
  • Proficiency in setting up data, generating reports, and maintaining up-to-date partner information within CRM systems.
  • Understanding of the principles of software solutions for the transportation industry.
  • Expertise in using various prospecting tools: cold calls, email sequences, Linked In Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, and Clearbit.
  • Understanding of data-driven report creation techniques used for sales strategy evaluation and refinement.
