We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to play a leading role in the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of our AI Chat GPT application.

This role is vital in enhancing customer experiences, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering business growth. You'll collaborate with diverse teams, such as AI/ML Engineers, Product Managers, and UX/UI Designers.

We are considering candidates who are ready to join the team in September.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand business needs and collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop precise AI Chat GPT application specifications
• Conduct requirement elicitation, analysis, and create comprehensive documentation
• Employ SWOT analysis, gap analysis, and process mapping to uncover opportunities and drive improvements
• Facilitate a seamless relationship between business requirements and AI Chat GPT technical capabilities
• Collaborate with AI/ML Engineers to implement effective NLP techniques and ensure appropriate customization
• Partner with UX/UI Designers to construct intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
• Oversee the development and execution of test plans, while working with QA Testers for user acceptance testing
• Lead the creation of training materials and user manuals to support end-users and promote organizational competence
• Regularly evaluate the application against business needs and industry benchmarks for future enhancements
• Keep stakeholders informed on project status while identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years in a Business Analyst role, preferably within AI, Insur Tech, or Fin Tech sectors
• Proficiency in AI application development including familiarity with Open AI's Chat GPT platform and NLP techniques
• Demonstrated ability to elicit, analyze, and comprehensively document requirements
• Competency in business analysis tools including SWOT and gap analysis
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, organizational, and detail-oriented skills
• Strong communication abilities and experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
• Knowledge in testing methodologies and UX/UI design principles
• Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level
