SENIOR DATA SCIENTIST

We seek a Senior Data Scientist with strong AI expertise to help us transform our vast client data into actionable insights that drive product innovation. This role is central to our mission of leveraging data to enhance our offerings and create impactful, data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate should have similar experience in the food chain industry and sustainability.
Requirements
- Experience: 4+ years in data science roles, with significant experience in AI/ML model development and deployment
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, No SQL, graph databases (Neo4j);
- Big Data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop);
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks like pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, Py Torch, and Tensor Flow;
- Statistical Analysis: Strong foundation in statistics, including regression analysis, probability, hypothesis testing, and statistical inference. Ability to apply statistical rigor to validate model outcomes and enhance data insights
- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
- AI Expertise: Demonstrable experience applying AI techniques such as predictive modeling, NLP, or computer vision to real-world applications
- Data Strategy and Insight Generation: Develop and implement data strategies to extract, analyze, and interpret complex data sets from client interactions and product usage. Provide recommendations for product enhancements based on data-driven insights
- AI Integration: Design, develop, and integrate AI-driven models to automate, enhance, and innovate our product’s data-processing capabilities. Apply machine learning and deep learning techniques to identify patterns and trends
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product development, engineering, and customer success teams to integrate AI and data science solutions seamlessly within the product ecosystem
- Data Management: Oversee data governance, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with privacy regulations. Establish data pipelines and improve data quality standards
