Senior Frontend Engineer

- 6+ years of professional experience as a web developer, with at least 5 years focusing on frontend engineering
- Extensive experience with React, Redux, and state management patterns in large-scale applications
- Advanced proficiency in Java Script/Type Script, including a deep understanding of ES6+ features and the modern JS ecosystem
- Expert-level knowledge of CSS and preprocessors (SASS, LESS), with a focus on creating responsive and accessible designs
- Proven track record of leading technical projects and mentoring junior developers
- Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques and best practices
- Experience with server-side rendering, progressive web apps, and modern build tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.)
- Experience working with a fully remote team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
Bonus Points:
- Familiarity with Docker and container orchestration systems.
- Experience working with CI/CD tools.
- Experience building microservices and event-driven systems.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Lead the development and maintenance of the company’s web app, working closely with Design, Product, and Backend teams
- Architect and implement efficient, scalable, and reusable front-end components and systems
- Design and execute advanced SEO strategies to drive user acquisition and improve web visibility
- Spearhead code reviews, lead team ceremonies, and drive product discussions with a focus on technical excellence
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Research, evaluate, and implement cutting-edge front-end technologies and best practices
- Collaborate effectively across teams, communicating complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
