What you’ll do in your role:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of mobile applications using Flutter.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure high performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and fix bottlenecks and bugs.
• Maintain code quality and automation standards.
• Mentor junior engineers, providing technical leadership and code reviews.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Senior Mobile Engineer, with at least 5 years of mobile app development.
• Expertise in Flutter framework and Dart programming.
• Strong experience in automated testing (unit and integration) with Flutter/Dart.
• Proficiency in state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc).
• Familiarity with data persistence and Backend-as-a-Service (Baa S) platforms.
• Strong knowledge of animations, UI/UX principles, and RESTful API integration.
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality code.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

How to knock our socks off:

• Knowledge of other mobile frameworks or technologies.
• Experience with Firebase and associated tools (e.g., Firebase Crashlytics).
• Previous leadership or mentoring experience.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
