We are seeking a Senior Service Now Developer with a focus on ITSM and Service Portal development and customization. Candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality, scalable solutions on the Service Now platform, leading a team of developers, and ensuring the Service Portal meets user experience standards while integrating seamlessly with other modules.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and development of Service Portal solutions, including widgets, pages, and UI customisation
• ITSM implementation according to ITIL principles and standards
• Implement complex solutions using Java Script, Angular JS, Glide APIs, and other Service Now scripting capabilities
• Develop and customize Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Widgets for optimal user experience
• Mentor a team of developers, promoting best practices and coding standards
• Ensure platform performance and security compliance by managing configurations and ACLs
• Stay updated on new Service Now releases, particularly with Service Portal enhancements

REQUIREMENTS

• 4+ years of Service Now development experience with a focus on Service Portal and front-end customisation
• Experienced with ITSM and other modules
• Expertise in Java Script, Angular JS, HTML5/CSS3, and responsive design principles
• Experience with Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and platform integrations
• Strong knowledge of ITSM and Service Now architecture
• Service Now certifications preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and team leadership skills
