Senior ServiceNow Engineer (JS/UI Builder/CSM/HRSD, Ukraine)

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Service Now development, with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM). You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the Service Now platform to meet the needs of our organization.
- Develop and customize Service Now applications and services.
- Design and implement new workflows, modules, and integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Perform code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Service Now applications.
- Maintain and update documentation for all developed applications and processes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Service Now features and updates.
- Experience with Service Now HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Customer Service Management (CSM).
- Knowledge of Service Now Portal Development.
- Proficiency in UIBuilder and other Service Now development tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Service Now platform, including ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB
- Portal Development – Angular/HTML/CSS
- Strong Java Script skills
- Automation – configuring automated processes such as workflows (including Flow Designer), business rules and scheduled jobs
- Performance Analytics
- Integration skills; integrating SNOW with other apps – REST, SOAP or other methods
- Service Now API experience including REST, SOAP and MID server API’s
