System Administrator

Mac Paw is a software company that develops and distributes software for mac OS and i OS. Today, our products have more than 30 million users worldwide.

Join our Team as a System Administrator and strengthen the Infrastructure and Support Service with your expertise.
We expect our new System Administrator to be able to visit the office when needed; therefore, we are considering candidates only from Kyiv or the surrounding area.

In this role, you will:

• Maintain and develop hardware and virtual server systems, office network infrastructure, and Saa S tools
• Manage system access by configuring user accounts, workstations, and passwords in line with team member roles and company policies
• Implement and monitor security, backup, and redundancy strategies
• Create and share IT policies and documentation, providing training on new and existing technologies
• Collaborate with vendors and IT personnel to resolve issues, and manage contracts and payments
• Stay current with technologies to ensure systems meet industry standards

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• Proficiency in Linux and Bash/sh scripting
• Strong knowledge of networking (preferably Fortinet and Aruba)
• Intermediate English or higher

As a plus:

• Experience with Mac OS administration, MDM Jamf, and Atlassian tools
• Understanding of virtualization platforms (VMware/Proxmox)
• Basic knowledge of Python scripting
