In this role, you will:

Maintain and develop hardware and virtual server systems, office network infrastructure, and Saa S tools
Manage system access by configuring user accounts, workstations, and passwords in line with team member roles and company policies
Implement and monitor security, backup, and redundancy strategies
Create and share IT policies and documentation, providing training on new and existing technologies
Collaborate with vendors and IT personnel to resolve issues, and manage contracts and payments
Stay current with technologies to ensure systems meet industry standards

Skills you’ll need to bring:

Proficiency in Linux and Bash/sh scripting
Strong knowledge of networking (preferably Fortinet and Aruba)
Intermediate English or higher

As a plus:

Experience with Mac OS administration, MDM Jamf, and Atlassian tools
Understanding of virtualization platforms (VMware/Proxmox)
Basic knowledge of Python scripting

The office is supplied with UPS and Starlink for an uninterrupted work process. We also reimburse the costs of renting a coworking space in any other city. If you decide to work at home, we cover the costs spent on your workspace organization: portable power stations, power banks, etc.
