Team Lead DevOps Engineer (Azure/Scrum master, Ukraine)

Purpose of the job:
Candidate location — Ukraine only!
Our client is one of the world largest healthcare manufacturing organisation. The goal is gathering data from medical implants to monitor clients state and provide recommendations. We are looking for Azure Dev Ops Team Leader who can delve into sophisticated infrastructure and efficiently lead a Scrum team.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Prototype and improve project architecture/infrastructure
  • Lead a team in accordance with the best Scrum practices
  • Maintain and improve process automation
  • Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines
  • Maintain and improve monitoring/logging/alerting systems
  • Implement best practices in system availability and scalability
  • Perform root cause analysis for technical issues
  • Support of development process
EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
MUST HAVE:
  • 3+ years of commercial experience as a Dev Ops engineer
  • 1+ year of Dev Ops team leading following Scrum practices
  • Good knowledge of scrum theory and best practices
  • Deep understanding of Dev Ops philosophy/practices
  • Understanding of virtualization and containerization technologies (Docker)
  • Experience with Azure Architecture, Azure Services, Azure AD
  • Strong experience with Kubernetes
  • Experience with Terraform
  • Good knowledge of Azure Dev Ops
  • Hands-on experience in working with production environments with zero tolerance for any errors
  • Experience in Agile development environments
  • Sufficient English level for communication with the client (verbal & written)
WOULD BE A PLUS:
  • Experience with Git Lab
  • Good knowledge of CI (Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, etc)
  • Prometheus
  • Grafana
  • YAML
  • Scrum/Agile SAFe
