  Designing, developing, and optimizing the front-end of the application using React.
  
• Collaborating with the Back End team, Dev Ops, and QA to ensure the integration of the front-end with other system components.
  
• Task distribution among team members, conducting regular meetings, and monitoring task progress.
  
• Reviewing and analyzing the code written by team members, providing feedback.
  
• Conducting training sessions, mentoring developers, and organizing knowledge sharing.
  
• Analyzing and optimizing existing code, refactoring to improve performance and readability
  

• 
  + 5 years of experience with React.
  
• Design and Architecture: Experience in developing and implementing large, scalable desktop applications.
  

• Teamwork: Proven experience in leading front-end development teams.
  
• Previous experience as a Team Lead Front End, including designing architecture and making technical decisions for project advancement.
  
• Ukrainian - fluent, English - Upper Intermediate
  

What skills must the candidate have?

• React Fundamentals: Strong knowledge and experience with React, including hooks, context API, and functional components.
  
• State Management: Proficient with state management libraries like Redux or Mob X.
  Routing: Expertise in React Router for navigation.
  
• Java Script/Type Script: Solid grasp of Java Script ES6+ and Type Script for improved code quality.
  
• Databases: Experience with local (SQLite, Pouch DB, Indexed DB) and remote databases (RESTful or Graph QL APIs).
  
• Build Tools: Proficient in Webpack, Babel, and Gulp for build and optimization processes.
  
• HTML/CSS: Experience with frameworks like Bootstrap, Material-UI, Ant Design, and Tailwind CSS.
  
• CSS Preprocessors: Skilled in Sass, SCSS, or Less.
  
• Logging/Monitoring: Experience with Sentry for error tracking and performance monitoring.
  
• UI/UX: Familiarity with design systems (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and principles of user-friendly interfaces.
  
• Testing/Optimization: Experience with unit/integration tests (Jest, Mocha) and performance optimization for React/Electron apps.
  

Would be a plus:

• 
  Electron Fundamentals: Knowledge of Electron basics, including main and renderer processes, IPC, and working with system APIs.
  

• Packaging and Deployment: Experience in packaging and deploying Electron apps across various operating systems (Windows, mac OS, Linux).
  
• Electron Forge: Experience using Electron Forge to streamline the build and deployment process of Electron apps.
