Our customer is Anheuser-Busch In Bev (AB In Bev), the biggest brewery company in the world. We own over 630 beer brands (including Budweiser, Stella Artois, Hoegaarden, Beck’s, Leffe, Chernigivske) in 150 countries and are considered to cover 28% of the global beer market worldwide. European HQ is in Leuven, Belgium.

REQUIREMENTS

• About 5 years of proven experience, including some hands-on leadership experience
• Capability of going on business trips (abroad)
• Proficiency in optimizing software adaptability through configuration and parameterization
• Experience in Back End development – Java, Spring Boot, and front-end Java Script (React)
• Competency in non-relational databases (Cosmos DB/Mongo DB)
• Knowledge in queues (pub-sub, Rabbit MQ, Kafka, etc.)
• Upper-intermediate (strong) English level for day-to-day communication with the team and client
• Dev Ops practices (Azure, Docker)
• Willingness to deal with quickly changing and flexible priorities in multi-tasking and dynamic environments
• Good presentation skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and planning skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Being a change agent in a huge process of growth
• Scaling of the Web-based application to new locations
• Implementing and improving migration process automation (the integration of AI within our platform)
• Starting projects from scratch while working in an environment with mature processes
• Deployment of incremental software releases
• Collaboration with the international cross-functional team
• Writing technical documentation
• Undertaking business trips
• Working in a multinational environment (with people around the globe)
