We are looking for a responsible and ambitious Product Owner who will ensure the effective delivery of new solutions in the integration team.

This is important to us::

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a product company;
• 2+ years of experience in technical roles (engineer, QA) or Tech. Project Manager, Business Analyst;
• Experience in managing the full product delivery cycle, from planning to testing and launch;
• Understanding of technical details of payment processes and APIs;
• Experience in process optimization, using BPMN/RACI standards to improve teamwork efficiency;
• Experience with analytical data and resource planning;
• Experience in backlog management and prioritization;
• Experience coordinating between technical teams and operations departments to ensure a smooth process;
• Hands-on experience in direct interaction and communication with customers and external stakeholders;
• Experience managing a team, including hiring, developing employees, monitoring performance, and conducting regular 1-on-1 meetings;
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies;
• Upper-intermediate+ level of English (both spoken and written).

Will be a plus:

• Experience in the areas of Pay Tech/Banking/Processing;
• Knowledge and practical experience in supporting the full cycle of integration development;
• Experience with payment system integrations and integration process management.

Your future challenges:

• Development and implementation of the integration solutions development strategy;
• Managing integration delivery processes (PDLC), solution development and testing;
• Ensuring the quality and stability of integration processes (incident management, monitoring, UAT);
• Ensuring stability and compliance of integrations with SLA/SLO/SLI requirements;
• Work on improving the efficiency and optimization of delivery processes using BPMN/RACI standards;
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and business expectations;
• Continuously monitor the performance of integrations and optimize processes and solutions;
• Team management (hiring, development, performance management);
• Close interaction and communication with external stakeholders;
• Interact with relevant technology and operations teams to ensure project delivery.
