We are looking for a responsible and ambitious Integration Manager who will ensure successful integration with payment providers and clients.

This is important to us::

• More than 2 years of experience as a QA, BA, Project Manager, Integration Manager, or Associate Product Manager in IT or Saa S companies;
• Experience with API integrations, technical project management, interaction with external providers and clients;
• Experience with payment systems and providers, knowledge of payment processes and integrations with PSPs, banks, and acquirers;
• Manage the full cycle of integrations (from requirements gathering to launching into production) and control over the stages;
• Experience in coordination between technical and business teams (developers, QA, Dev Ops, business departments);
• Experience in using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and BPMN to optimize processes;
• Backlog management, task prioritization, risk analysis, and development of action plans to minimize problems;
• Hands-on experience in testing integrations and removing blockages in internal development teams;
• Intermediate+ level of English;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with clients and providers.

Will be a plus:

• Basic knowledge of PHP (Symfony) and AWS infrastructure or understanding of cloud technologies;
• Experience with CI/CD and Dev Ops processes;
• Experience in monitoring integrations and ensuring their stable operation in production.

Your future challenges:

• Coordinate integrations at all stages - from tasking to final delivery;
• Interaction with development teams through Team Leads to meet deadlines and standards;
• Communicating with clients and payment providers to clarify requirements;
• Analyzing technical documentation and agreeing on integration terms;
• Formation of acceptance criteria, coordination of testing with the QA team;
• Quality control of integrations and deadlines;
• Risk management and incident resolution;
• Optimization and improvement of integration processes;
• Reporting on the implementation of tasks, updating data in management systems and monitoring performance metrics (timing, quality, customer satisfaction).
