Job Description:
As AV Technicians at Events To Remember - E2R, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful setup, operation, and maintenance of audiovisual equipment and systems for our specific event project. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional AV experiences, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. AV System Setup
Install, set up, operate, and configure audiovisual equipment, including projectors, sound systems, microphones, video conferencing systems, and other AV components.
2. Event Support
Provide technical support during events, meetings, conferences, and presentations. Ensure that AV systems run smoothly and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise.
3. Maintenance and Repairs
Conduct regular maintenance checks and perform necessary repairs or upgrades to AV equipment to ensure optimal performance.
4. Quality Assurance
Test and calibrate AV systems to ensure high-quality audio and video output. Address any issues related to image quality, sound clarity, or connectivity.
5. Documentation
Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, configurations, and maintenance activities.
7. Technical Troubleshooting
Diagnose and resolve technical problems with AV equipment and software. Collaborate with team members to find solutions to complex issues.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an AV Technician.
2. Proven experience as an AV Technician or similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of audiovisual equipment, including installation, operation, and troubleshooting.
4. Proficiency in AV software, signal flow, and control systems.
5. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules.
8. High level of physical capability to be able to kneel, work at height, and lift related equipment.
9. Can communicate in English.
