LED Screen and Video Specialist

Overview
Senior Video Engineers (with expertise in LED Screen technology) will take the lead in delivering quality video solutions to our clients. Developing and delivering solutions in exciting and challenging environments and against tight deadlines, our Senior Engineers drive the onsite teams to ensure excellence is achieved in all aspects of delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Interpret, create, and follow schematics, plan drawings and pre-production documentation.
2. Work as part of the team in the design, preparation, installation and operation of all video equipment.
3. Liaise with Project Managers and ensure projects are specified correctly.
4. Take lead on large scale projects and demonstrate a forward-thinking, positive attitude.
5. Suggest improvements to project specification and ensure projects have the correct equipment for the scope of work.
6. Ensure the Company’s quality standards are always maintained.
7. Keep up to date with the latest technology within the department.
8. Provide suggestions for Capex.
9. Operating shows as required.
10. Ensure correct equipment entry onto the equipment rental software.
11. Ensure equipment is accurately tested on its return to the warehouse.
12. Provide support at client meetings and site visits when required.
Qualifications:
1. Extensive Experience as Video Engineer in a Live event environment.
2. Advanced practical knowledge of Resolume and/or Watchout.
3. Ability to setup complex LED & Projection System.
4. Experience leading a team including coaching and mentoring junior members of staff.
5. Mastery of Digital image processing.
6. Installation, configuration and dismantlement of LED Technology.
7. Ability to display a positive attitude both in the warehouse and on-site.
8. Methodical and analytical approach to work with good fault-finding skills.
9. Ability to maintain a safe, clean and hazard-free environment.
10. Fluency in English and/or Arabic, both written and oral is essential.
