Financial Consultant:
Responsibilities:
1. Accounting & Bookkeeping:

• Oversee the complete accounting and bookkeeping process according to each

client’s specific requirements.

• Ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards and

regulations.
2. Client Communication:

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication to

address inquiries, provide updates, and address any concerns.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication

and exceptional service delivery.
3. Project Management:

• Coordinate and manage one-time projects, ensuring all tasks are assigned,

deadlines are met, and deliverables are completed to the client’s satisfaction.

• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to

ensure timely completion.
4. Deadline Compliance:

• Ensure all client assignments and projects are completed within the specified

deadlines.

• Implement efficient workflows and allocate resources effectively to meet project

timelines.
5. Team Leadership:

• Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting and tax client team, fostering

a collaborative and productive work environment.

• Delegate tasks appropriately, monitor team performance, and provide feedback

and coaching as needed.
6. Ad Hoc Responsibilities:

• Undertake any other related duties as assigned by management to support the

overall success of the team and organization.
Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (B-Com); CMA (Finalist) or ACCA (Finalist) preferred.
• Language: Fluent in English.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in accounting and financial consulting.
• Skills: Proficient in MS Office and accounting software (Zoho, Quick Books).

Benefits: Visa and other allowances as per UAE Labor Law.
Salary: AED 3000 to AED 5000 plus commission.
Note: This position is only open to residents of the United Arab Emirates.
