Job Description:
Alphabets Properties is seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily office operations, manage administrative tasks, and provide essential support to both the business development and property sales consultancy teams. Fluency in English is a must for managing documents and communications effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations, including scheduling, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
- Handle internal and external communications, ensuring clear and professional interactions with clients, vendors, and employees.
- Prepare and manage important documents such as job offers, salary certificates, and other official correspondence.
- Oversee employee attendance and manage office maintenance requests.
- Manage petty cash and office expenses, ensuring accurate financial records.
- Coordinate training sessions for staff, including liaising with external legal professionals.
- Maintain a well-organized filing system for both digital and physical records.
- Strong command of both English and Arabic (written and spoken) is essential.
- Proven experience in office management or administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in legal documentation is an asset.

Benefits:
- Salary: 3500 AED to 4000 AED
- Employment Visa and Health Care Plan: Provided as per UAE employee contract.
