Global Visa Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced Tele Sales Executive for our Travel Agency.

Proven work experience in a travel agency in UAE.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong sales and interpersonal skills.
Strong Experience to Reply customer queries.
Provide expert advice and consultation to clients on visa requirements, application processes, and documentation for various countries worldwide.
Promote and sell visa services to individuals, travel agencies, and corporate clients. Highlight the benefits of using the company’s visa services, including efficiency, reliability, and support.
Manage inquiries from clients regarding visa services, ensuring clear communication and providing solutions to any concerns or questions they may have.
Monitor the status of visa applications and provide clients with regular updates. Follow up with embassies, consulates, and clients as necessary to ensure smooth processing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, detailing client interactions, sales performance, and any challenges encountered.
Assist clients with completing and submitting visa applications, ensuring all documents are correctly prepared and submitted on time.
Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs through proactive sales efforts.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Regularly follow up with leads to convert inquiries into bookings.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Should be energetic and passionate to bring in new customers.
Productivity & Efficiency.
Responsible for supporting the operational recommendations to achieve customer service.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of 3+ years Proven experience in visa consultation and sales, with a strong understanding of global visa requirements and application processes.
Familiarity with CRM systems .
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Self-motivated, energetic, and able to achieve high results.
Passionate customer-focused attitude and strong negotiation and rapport-building skills.
Experienced to maintain customer data properly.
Excellent communication and Negotiation Skills.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
