Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced Tele Sales Executive for our Travel Agency.
- Proven work experience in a travel agency in UAE.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong sales and interpersonal skills.
- Strong Experience to Reply customer queries.
- Conduct Outbound Sales Calls: Reach out to potential customers to promote and sell travel packages, tours, and services.
- Handle Inbound Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries over the phone, providing detailed information and recommendations.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs through proactive sales efforts.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Follow-up: Regularly follow up with leads to convert inquiries into bookings.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Promoting and marketing the business.
- Should be energetic and passionate to bring in new customers.
- Basic knowledge all Tourism related products in Dubai is mandatory.
- Productivity & Efficiency.
- Responsible for supporting the operational recommendations to achieve customer service.
- Minimum of 3+ years experience of successful Tele sales experience in any of the Travel & Tourism Industry in UAE.
- Familiarity with CRM systems .
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and able to achieve high results.
- Passionate customer-focused attitude and strong negotiation and rapport-building skills.
- Experienced to maintain customer data properly.
- Excellent communication and Negotiation Skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- 4Years: 2 years (Required)
