Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced Tele Sales Executive for our Travel Agency.
- Proven work experience in a travel agency in UAE.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong sales and interpersonal skills.
- Identify and target corporate clients and businesses to promote and sell travel management services and corporate travel solutions.
- Arrange and conduct in-person meetings with decision-makers at businesses to present and negotiate travel service contracts and packages.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients, ensuring repeat business.
- Work towards meeting and exceeding B2B sales targets and revenue goals, contributing to the company’s growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to develop effective sales strategies.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, including updates on client interactions, sales performance, and market insights.
- Provide exceptional post-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and handle any issues or queries efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, detailing client interactions, sales performance, and any challenges encountered.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs through proactive sales efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Should be energetic and passionate to bring in new customers.
- Responsible for supporting the operational recommendations to achieve customer service.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the travel and tourism industry.
- Familiarity with CRM systems .
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of corporate travel needs and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and able to achieve high results.
- Passionate customer-focused attitude and strong negotiation and rapport-building skills.
- Strong market relations to achieve -Visa and Holidays Sales instantly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- 4Years: 2 years (Required)
