Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support:
Provide technical support to users, addressing complex questions on the functionality and usage of industry-specific information systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to real estate and engineering software systems.
Serve as the primary liaison between La Maison and vendors, ensuring efficient communication and issue resolution.
System Implementation & Maintenance:
Assist in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of real estate CRM systems and engineering software (e.g., Auto CAD, Revit).
Install and implement software and ensure that client timelines and requirements are met.
Monitor system performance, ensuring optimal functionality and minimal downtime.
Training & Documentation:
Provide training to staff on the use of software systems, including real estate and engineering platforms.
Document technical and functional issues, as well as solutions, to ensure knowledge transfer and ongoing support.
Track and document all user issues in the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
Collaboration & Support:
Collaborate with team members, external IT professionals, and software vendors to resolve technical problems.
Provide on-call and on-site support as needed to ensure business continuity.
Convey user feedback to product development teams and participate in software testing and troubleshooting.
Security & Compliance:
Ensure that all systems comply with relevant security and privacy regulations, including UAE data privacy requirements.
Collaborate with the team to implement cybersecurity measures and monitor for potential threats.
Follow company policies and maintain a professional image while handling sensitive data and confidential information.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Application Support, preferably in real estate, engineering, or similar industries.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in troubleshooting, system implementation, and performance monitoring.
Experience with real estate CRM systems, engineering software (e.g., Auto CAD, Revit), and database management.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity and compliance regulations.
Soft Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with real estate applications and engineering software.
Knowledge of UAE data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.
Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
