Summary
We are seeking a motivated and diligent Chinese and Russian candidates to join our team at La Maison Real Estate as a Senior Real Estate Consultant We are in search of an individual who is enthusiastic, full of energy, and committed to the role in our organization
Responsibilities:
· Conduct calls, site visits, negotiations, closures, and recovery efforts as a Senior property consultant.
· Assess and qualify leads for assigned projects.
· Escort clients during site visits, providing comprehensive property information.
· Prepare clients for negotiation procedures.
· Foster equilibrium between builder and customer interests.
· Encourage and motivate customers towards purchase decisions.
· Provide ongoing support to both customer and builder until deal closure.
· Inform the Business Development department of any new projects.
· Maintain an updated CRM system, ensuring no pending tasks or calls.
· Continuously enhance market and project knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.
· Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, maintaining a healthy customer pipeline at all times.
