Key Responsibilities:

• Assessing the value of properties based on market trends, comparable sales, and property features.
• Advising property owners on competitive pricing strategies to attract potential buyers.
• Managing the listing process, ensuring that all property details are accurate and up-to-date on various platforms.
• Coordinating and scheduling property showings and open houses.
• Ensuring that all transactions comply with local regulations and laws, including property registration and documentation requirements.
• Managing and overseeing all paperwork involved in the selling and rental process.
• Maintaining ongoing relationships with clients to provide support and advice throughout the selling process and beyond.
• Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for clients and potential buyers.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior experience in real estate is preferred
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Education: A degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is beneficial but not essential
