As a Leasing Agent in our dynamic real estate team, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the leasing process for residential and commercial properties. Your primary responsibilities will include marketing available properties, conducting property tours, screening potential tenants, and ensuring a smooth leasing experience for both landlords and tenants.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote available properties.
· Follow up on the property listings
· Screen potential tenants through application reviews
· Conduct property tours to showcase features and highlight key selling points.
· Address tenant inquiries and provide relevant property information.
· Collaborate with property owners to negotiate lease terms and conditions.
· Prepare lease agreements and ensure all legal requirements are met.
· Maintain accurate and organized records of leasing activities, tenant communications, and agreements.
· Facilitate the signing of lease documents by all parties involved.
· Foster positive relationships with tenants to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.
· Address and resolve tenant concerns or issues in a timely manner.
· Stay informed about local real estate market trends, rental rates, and competitor activities.
· Provide market analysis reports to assist in determining optimal rental pricing.

· Ability to effectively communicate with property owners, tenants, and colleagues.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating property listings, negotiating lease terms, and addressing tenant inquiries.
· Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive and professional leasing experience for tenants.
· Ability to address tenant concerns and build positive relationships.
· Understanding of local real estate market trends, property values, and rental rates.
· Detail-oriented approach in reviewing lease agreements, conducting property inspections, and maintaining accurate records.
· Quick problem-solving skills to address tenant concerns or unexpected property issues.
· Basic sales skills to effectively market and promote available properties.
· Experience in the field of real estate at least one year
