Your Opportunity
Khadamat are looking for a Landscaping Engineer who will ensure the integrity of all site Landscaped areas are maintained in optimum condition and to provide a single property focused point of contact for all day-to-day operations and client inquires with regard Landscaping Services.

The ideal candidate should have the ability to Lead by example and look at ways to conserve energy, water and resources and minimize thegeneration of waste through personal performance and raise recommendations on how to improve existing processes on this regard within/outside their departments through their Line Manager, Departmental Safety Meetings and any other appropriate available channels.

This role is part of the Khadamat team and will be based in Al Ain, UAE.

Key Accountabilities

Manage the day-to-day delivery of Landscaping Services provided by external contractors.

Supervise, monitor and improve Landscaping service provider’s delivery output

Administer, monitor and make recommendations for the improvement of Landscaping Services.

Assist in the development and implantation of policies and procedures for the Landscaping Department.

Conduct Landscaping inspections and audits at specified intervals.

Contribute to and implement approved landscaping management strategies developed for the campus.

Attend meetings as and when directed.

Liaise with client, staff and external consultants at all levels in matters relating to landscaping service delivery.

Be available to respond to clients 24hours a day, 7 days a week.

Ensure compliance with the company IMS relevant to the position.

Specific Requirements

Awareness of the Integrated Management System (IMS) and the content of the Environment, Quality, Health & Safety and Information Security Policy Statements.

Attend all toolbox talks and safety briefings.

Adhere to all HSE requirements and Codes of Conduct of the company.

Adhere to all Risk Assessments / Method Statements to ensure safe working practices.

Exercise a personal duty of care for own and teams health, safety and welfare and for those affected by the acts or omissions and promote the same within their work area of responsibility.

Use safety equipment (including PPE) as required and intended and observe that this is also enforced among subcontractors and third parties working in Serco’s controlled premises/systems
