Your Opportunity
Khadamat are looking for a Painter who will carry out maintenance painting within the facilities to preserve the integrity and appearance of the building fabric.

The ideal candidate should be flexible and seeks to be adaptable in the face of changing circumstances with good communication skills.

This role is part of the Khadamat team and will be based in Al Ain, UAE.

Key Accountabilities
To provide a maintenance painting service to the facilities which preserves the integrity and appearance of the building fabric.
Work closely with other response maintenance tradesmen following up with minor redecoration after repair works carried out.
Liaise with other trades for planned activities and support as required
Carryout Painting works as per the reactive & corrective requests.
Provide reports and documentary records for Concept Evolution & FSI system
Carry out inspections of the facilities and provide recommendation to the Maintenance Supervision painting works required.

Specific Requirements
Possession of painting and decoration technical certificate
Five years relevant experience in construction industry
Thorough understanding of paint systems, and ability to select appropriate system for each worklocation.
Ability to perform minor Masonry & Carpentry works as required
Good understanding of English language
Ability to work to deadlines
Ability to work unsupervised
Understanding of health and safety requirements
