Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Marketing Department, focusing on leading multiple internal marketing projects across our various brands. This role demands a proactive approach to stakeholder communication, talent coordination, and project delivery, ensuring the successful completion of marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple internal marketing projects, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, effectively managing expectations and communications.
• Coordinate with talents across departments, delegating tasks and following up on progress to ensure project milestones are met.
• Conduct weekly or daily standup meetings to monitor project status, address any challenges, and ensure team alignment.
• Oversee the development of project deliverables, managing scope and ensuring projects remain within budget and on schedule.
• Implement project management best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity within the team.
• Establish and maintain documentation for repeatable processes and project reports.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in digital media/marketing/analytics, with a proven track record in project management.
• Strong experience managing multi-channel marketing projects.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal talents and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in modern project management tools and software.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and assertive, with a keen interest in driving projects to successful completion.
