Position Summary:
The Sales Manager will drive REEF’s revenue growth and establish strong market positioning in the luxury real estate sector. This role demands a dynamic and results-driven sales leader with in-depth knowledge of Dubai’s high-end real estate market and a proven ability to engage and convert high-net-worth clients. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales cycle, developing strategic client relationships, and ensuring all sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet REEF’s revenue targets, with a focus on targeting high-net-worth clients and international investors interested in luxury properties.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Drive lead generation activities and optimize the sales funnel to ensure a high conversion rate, leveraging both online and offline channels.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, offering a personalized sales experience and guiding them through the buying process with a consultative approach.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to strategically position REEF’s properties and tailor sales tactics accordingly.
- Sales Presentations & Property Showcases: Conduct high-impact presentations, property tours, and exclusive events to showcase REEF’s developments, effectively communicating their unique value propositions to prospective buyers.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve targets, fostering a culture of high performance. Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and project teams to align sales efforts with REEF’s overall business objectives.
- Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights for strategic adjustments and accurate forecasting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years of progressive sales experience in the real estate industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity within Dubai’s luxury property sector.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Dubai’s high-end real estate market, buyer demographics, and industry trends.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with expertise in luxury property sales, client management, and relationship-building.
- Financial Literacy: Strong knowledge of real estate financing options, investment value propositions, and ROI for high-net-worth clients.
- Digital Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, digital sales tools, and online lead generation channels.
