Job Title: Accounts Payable Assistant
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the department email box, printing documents for processing
• Process accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner
• Liaising with Operations to reconcile invoices to purchase orders and resolve any discrepancies
• Obtain invoice approval as required
• Assist with statement reconciliations
• Maintaining all documentation for Accounts Payable including scanning and filing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Previous experience in accounts payable or general accounting desirable
• Experience in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of accounting principles would be beneficial

Working Hours

• Monday - Friday - 8.30am - 5pm

Salary Range

• £26K - £32K depending on qualifications and experience

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
