What You'll Do:

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations across our vertically integrated dental services and products.
• Develop and implement financial processes that support our business objectives and drive efficiency.
• Create a structured and scalable accounting model that will grow with the company.
• Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage tax planning and reporting.
• Collaborate with our leadership team to guide the financial direction of the company.
