Job Summary
We are seeking an Assistant Grain Store Manager to join our team in overseeing daily operations. The ideal candidate will assist the Grain Store Manager in every aspect of the management of the Grain Store from unloading and loading lorries, loading ships, store maintenance and liaising with internal and external stakeholders and contractors.
Responsibilities
- Support the Grain Store Manager in day-to-day operations
- Covering for the Manager when on holiday
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and inventory management
Qualifications
- Engineering experience or mechanical skills desirable, or at least a willingness to learn
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong work ethic and good communication skills
- Ability to work on own initiative

Pay: £20,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
