We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Meeting, Events and Reservations Sales Manger to join our busy event sales and reservations team at Brooklands Hotel.
The role will be to support the Meeting, Events & Reservations Sales Manager (ME&RSM) to develop and drive the Meetings & Events & Room Reservation revenues, together with maximising guest experiences within the hotel. Assisting the ME&RSM to manage the Meetings & Events Sales team & Reservation Team, promoting a highly motivational, target driven culture within the department. Working closely with the Director of Sales through the ME&RSM, driving all Meeting & Event and bedroom opportunity from both existing local clients and new organisations.
This is a full time role, 40 hours a week in line with business needs and will include some evenings and some weekends. Competitive Salary and hotel benefits.
