The role…
The role sits in the beverages team – specifically the Western Europe and Americas team. Analysts will be expected to develop their research and analysis skills to allow them to make significant contributions to the core products of the Beverages team. Furthermore, Analysts will be expected to assist with tasks such as team mentorship, liaise with clients, conduct presentations, and take part in consultancy projects with high level beverage clients.

The role…

Key responsibilities:
- Research and analysis: Our beverage intelligence is designed to offer clients a quick and reliable way to retrieve data and forecast information on key industrial and consumer sectors across the world’s leading economies. The Analyst will therefore use established research and analysis techniques to locate market data and present futurefocused opinion.
- Country Datasets and reports – each analyst will have responsibilities to produce key beverage datasets for a set number of markets. These are updated throughout the year and ensuring accuracy is a vital part of the role.
- Produce high quality output: Follow the standards outlined in the process manual. Selfproof all work. Ensure consistent delivery of work according to the pre-determined targets.
- Building industry and country knowledge: Monitor major economic and political events that could affect industries within a country. Study articles relating to specific industries in order to build an effective knowledge of any factors relevant to industry dynamics.
- Responsibility for team production: Ensuring that key deadlines are met across the whole team and tracking performance.
- Good understanding of R&A techniques
- Good industry and country knowledge
- Strong written, verbal and graphical skills
- Ability to critically evaluate own and others’ work in a constructive manner.
- Ability to manage own time and workload effectively.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications, especially with Power Point and Excel
