Role: Audit Manager

Our client, a leading firm of Accountants and Business Advisers, currently requires an Audit Manager to join their expanding team in Perth.
This business is a rapidly growing company and they manage a diverse client base across the SME market in the UK and beyond.
About the Role
As an Audit Manager, you will have the opportunity to:

• Manage and take ownership of a varied portfolio of audit clients, ensuring excellent service and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Oversee the preparation of accounts and corporation tax computations/returns for limited companies.
• Lead a team, planning workflows and supporting the professional development of junior staff members.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to revenue and profitability targets.
• Provide practical guidance on regulatory matters, including tax and VAT regulations, UK law, and principles of good governance.

To be considered for this role, you will have the following skills/ qualifications:

• ACA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent qualification.
• Solid experience in auditing clients across a range of industries.
• Strong working knowledge of IFRS/UKGAAP.
• Proven experience in coaching and mentoring junior team members.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients and contribute to a positive work environment.
