About the role:

• Deliver high quality lead generation (minimum 50 outbound calls a day)
• Deal with inbound leads and pass to relevant teams within our office
• Work closely with the field sales team to ensure we improve conversion rates for meetings booked
• Selling multi product solutions of the BT Local product suite
• Deliver accurate weekly forecasts on your target area to Sales Director
• Manage & build strong customer relationships
• Perform administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy
• Log all campaign calls accurately in the CRM system
• Ensure your customer orders are dealt with efficiently
• Deliver and overdeliver on your targets
• Be part of one sales team, sharing ideas, knowledge and resources.
