CUCO Coffee operates in the Office Coffee Service (OCS) industry, bringing barista-quality coffee to workplaces. Originally established in Ireland, we are now expanding into the UK due to high demand for our services. We are looking for two passionate and driven individual's to join our growing team as a Business Development Manager in Manchester.
The Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding CUCO Coffee's presence in the UK market. This is a hybrid role combining field-based sales, remote working, and occasional office meetings. You’ll be utilising your initiative, demonstrating our coffee products to potential clients, and using our proven sales processes to achieve targets.

Pay: £33,500.00-£39,500.00 per year

The Role:

You’ll be utilising your initiative, demonstrating our coffee products to potential clients, and using our proven sales processes to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrating CUCO Coffee’s products and solutions to prospective clients.
- Generating leads through cold calling, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Achieving weekly sales targets by following a structured sales process.
- Attending regular sales meetings to update progress and strategies.
- Working independently to identify and close new business opportunities in the Manchester area.
- Willing to assist the team with Ad hoc servicing when required.
- Full training provided on all products and sales techniques.
- Competitive starting salary of £33,500 with an additional on-target commission of £6,000 per annum.
- Company phone and laptop.
- Mileage allowance for travel to client locations.
