Role Summary
We are seeking a Business Development Manager/Junior Business Development Manager to join our Safety - Humber division, Doncaster, DN8 5UE. Experience in similar role and safety equipment knowledge is desirable however Junior applications will be considered for the role.
Your main objective will be to identify new business opportunities in order to drive business and gain new clients, it will be essential to become thoroughly familiar with products and services we have to offer. This role requires pro-activity and confidence driving client relationships and approaching prospective clients.
Daily Activities

• Creating strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities.
• Identifying new business opportunities, including new clients, partnerships or new products and services.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with current clients.
• Attending conferences, industry events and client meetings.
• Possessing strong understanding of the company’s products, the competition in the industry and positioning.
• Pitching sales and new products to new and existing clients.

Desirable Skills

• Competent in the use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Strong work ethic and proactive nature
• Knowledge of fire and safety equipment
• Ability work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work alone or as part of a team on projects
