We’re seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Manager to lead and inspire two thriving teams, across two fantastic sites. This pivotal role requires a strong leader who can drive business growth, foster innovation and create a positive and collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Build, develop, and motivate high-performing teams.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in a management role (preferably Dental)
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• A passion for innovation and problem-solving.
• A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.

• £45,000 - £55,000 base salary dependent on experience & accompanying benefits package.
