Business Office Coordinator (HR)
(Part Time - 20 hours per week)
We are an established family business based in Harefield that provides domiciliary care services to enable individuals to remain independent in their own home throughout the Hillingdon borough for over 20 years. We provide a variety of care and support services for older people, people with physical disabilities, and adults with learning disabilities, brain injury, dementia or mental health needs.
We are now looking to recruit for our office support team, a Business Office Coordinator to actively manage processes including:
· recruitment – including advertising roles,
· compliance checks (DBS, right to work & references)
· maintain staff files;
· issue of contracts and paperwork;
· update HR system;
· advise payroll of new starters/leavers;
· support with employee relations (3rd party company to support);
· issue ID badges;
· general office duties to support the management team.
Requirements:
· At least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role/background
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Expected hours: 20 per week

Requirements:
· At least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role/background
- Experience in HR administration;
- Excellent IT skills;
- Strong administration, communication, and organisational skills;
- Ability to take minutes at meetings;
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in a care environment is highly desirable;
- Salary £18,657.60 per annum (FTE is £35,000.00)
- 28 days holiday including bank holidays
