Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Car Wash Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that vehicles are cleaned to the highest standards. You will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers and operating various car wash equipment.
Duties

• Greet customers as they arrive and assist them with their car wash selections.
• Operate car wash machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, including exterior washing, and valeting services - vacuuming, cleaning plastics, windows, exterior hand polishing etc.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are well-maintained and stocked.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in the training of new staff members as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable.
• A valid driving licence is required to operate vehicles during the wash process. But this is not a requirement to work with us, however it is desirable.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Documentation proving right to work in UK / citizenship.

Pay: £10.00-£12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 10.5 – 21 per week
