In this role, you’ll collaborate with a committed team to deliver outstanding personal care to our residents, championing their independence and dignity. Your key focus will be ensuring high standards of care and supporting the day-to-day operations of the home. When the Manager is away, you will take on overall responsibility for the home, ensuring the well-being of both staff and residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Care Oversight: Supervise the delivery of high-quality care, ensuring residents receive personal care that supports their independence and dignity.
- Team Support: Work closely with your team to maintain and enhance the quality of care services.
- Leadership: Demonstrate strong leadership and effective communication skills, providing support and guidance to your team.
- Operational Management: Manage the home in the Manager's absence, ensuring smooth operations and the well-being of everyone.
- Experience: Previous experience in supervising a care team.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and empathy skills.
- Understanding: Familiarity with the needs and care of residents.
