Lauriem Care Services are working closely with Kent County Council and the NHS to provide ongoing care and support to our clients in the local area.
We currently have vacancies for Care Supervisors to work across Deal and Dover.
This role would suit an experienced care worker who wants to enhance their skills and increase their knowledge.

• To carry out risk assessments & completing care plans
• Supervise care staff including observations and medication competencies
• Service user reviews & quality assurance visits
• Attending Service user meetings and liaising with health care professionals
• Care work including personal care, medication, shopping, choices and decisions, social inclusion and social support
• Mentor care staff
• Input information on our systems
• Office/ on call cover as required during availability
• Other tasks required by line manager

Job Requirements:

• QCF/NVQ level 2/3 in Adult Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
• Previous care experience is essential
• IT skills are essential
• Capacity to understand and take account of the needs and difficulties of people who experience physical and mental health problems.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience of supervising staff.
• Driving license and access to own vehicle is essential.
• Live within the area of job role - Deal/Dover/ Sandwich areas.

This role will require candidates to work alternate weekends.
Working days and guaranteed hours can be negotiable.
