We currently have a vacancy for a Community Care Supervisors to work across Gravesend & Sevenoaks, whilst being based in our Maidstone office.
The successful candidate would be required to carry out the following, but not limited to:

• Carry out risk assessments & completing care plans
• Supervise care staff including observations and medication competencies
• Service user reviews & quality assurance visits
• Attending Service user meetings and liaising with health care professionals
• Care work including personal care, medication, shopping, choices and decisions, social inclusion and social support
• Mentor care staff
• Input information on our systems
• Office/ on call cover as required

Job Requirements:

• QCF/NVQ level 2/3 in Adult Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
• Previous care experience is essential
• IT skills are essential
• Capacity to understand and take account of the needs and difficulties of people who experience physical and mental health problems.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to positively engage clients.
• Experience of supervising staff is required.
• Driving license and access to own vehicle is essential.
• Live within the area of job role - Maidstone/Gravesend & Sevenoaks areas.

This role will require candidates to work alternate weekends for on call purposes and adhoc shift cover.
Working days and guaranteed hours can be negotiable.
