The Millennium Hotel Glasgow is seeking an experienced F&B Assistant who will assisting in delivering great service to our guests in the bar and restaurant areas.
As a Food & Beverage Assistant your responsibilities will include:

Providing friendly and professional service within food & beverage areas of the hotel, including breakfast
Confidently communicating the menu and all products available to guests
Dealing with all payment transactions (Cash, card and room charging) according to company standards
Ensuring the Food & Beverage areas are clean and tidy at all times

We are keen to hear from applicants with the following:

Experience of Food & Beverage service
Great customer service skills
The ability to work as part of a team
Experience in dealing with payments
Experience of MICROS would be an advantageous
Flexible to cover early mornings, evenings and weekend shifts, on a rota basis, as the business requires
