About us
We are a residential children’s home for children / young people with mental health issues. We are looking to recruit support workers to expand our team of experienced staff who recognise that when you are supporting young people, every moment matters. We work and support our young people following a therapeutic model.
About you

• Successful applicants will ideally have experience in children’s mental support, we offer extensive training programme to our staff.
• As a member of the team you will need a real passion for providing a high standard of support that enables our children and young people to be as independent as they can, learn and develop through education and experience, stay healthy and most importantly, have a fun, fulfilling life.
• You must be available to commit to working across a variety of shifts on a rota basis.
• Candidates will ideally hold or be working towards the Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare. Due to the investment we make in staff we are looking specifically for people who are able to commit to working with us for 2 years, but in return you will benefit from working for an organisation that offers you continued support and supervision, a real opportunity progress, annual updates to clinical skills, and classroom and online training in key areas.
