Due to the rapid growth of our company, we are expanding our team and are seeking a team member who is an enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude.
This position is starting September 2024. Hours are part time Monday to Friday. Candidates must be fully flexible to work additional during busy periods including occasional weekend shift if needed.
Your Role

• Use embroidery machine
• Pick & pack orders
• Replenish packaging/boxes
• Process returns
• Organise stock/warehouse
• Full training provided

Expected hours – between 10am to 4pm (must be flexible and able to work additional hours to meet the demands of the business)

Please note no fashion experience is needed however great customer service & organisation is key, you will also need to be able to have basic computer skills as you will use a computer for printing orders/customer service emails etc.

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
• Warehouse operative: 1 year (preferred)
