We are looking for an individual to join a small team carrying out House cleans on new Houses on building sites.
The cleaning is washing, wiping, hoovering, scraping, removing tape & stickers, brushing of the houses including the sanitary ware & kitchen surfaces & appliances
These cleans are completed at various stages of the House build - usually 3 times. The first when the initial building has finished - the second when trades have finished installing plumbing, plastering & wiring and the last just before the new owners move in to their house.
We work on various sites around the North West - usually within a 1 hour journey time. We normally set off early between 6-6:30 to get to the site by 7:30 and usually finish and get back to Harwood by late afternoon.
The work has a physical element to it but doesn't involve any heavy lifting. PPE will be required, which will be provided.
We are a small team but very friendly and informal.
There is no previous experience or skills needed - we will show you everything you need to know. Once you have passed a short probationary period - we will put you through your CSCS card.
We are looking for someone with a clean UK manual driving licence so that we can create a new team - you will be mainly working with 1 other person driving to & from the sites. The position starts as part time 2-3 days per week, but we expect that this will grow to 5 days per week hopefully whitin the next 3 months
Qualifications
- No prior experience required
- Valid Driving Licence
- CSCS certification preferred
- Proficiency in English language
