Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team at Sure Care Northampton. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for all. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Duties

• Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, and communal spaces.
• Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitise surfaces to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.
• Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A valid driver's licence is advantageous for travel between sites.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Pay: From £11.50 per hour
